Events & ticketing

A ticketing engine that thinks like a venue, not a link in bio.

Paid, donation or free RSVP. Early-bird tiers that expire on a schedule. A door price that starts at showtime. Reserved seats in a room you drew. Timed-entry groups. Private nights behind a password. And every one of those is a checkbox on the same event — not a different product.

Pricing

Tiered, timed, and priced at the door.

Pricing that changes over time is the difference between a sold-out room and a discount you forgot to turn off. Tiers carry their own sale windows, so the early-bird price ends at midnight whether or not anyone remembers.

  • Any number of tiers — General, VIP, Table — each with its own price, capacity and max per order
  • Give a tier an on-sale window and it becomes early-bird pricing that switches itself off; buyers see the ladder and the deadline
  • A separate door price per event or per tier takes over automatically once the event starts
  • Suggested-donation events with a minimum, or free RSVPs with capacity
  • Ticket sales can open at a scheduled time; add-ons (drinks, merch, parking, lockers) ride along in the same checkout

Reserved seating

Draw the room. Sell the seats.

Seat labels follow the order everywhere: confirmation, email, wallet pass, attendee list, and in big type on the door scanner.

  • A seat-map builder for theatre rows, single chairs, round and rectangular tables, straight and curved couches, bars with stools, GA zones, a stage, a screen — even the grand piano
  • Sections are price groups: link a tier to a section and buyers pick exact seats in it; leave a tier unlinked and it stays general admission on the same event
  • Seats are held for ten minutes the moment they're tapped, so two buyers never race to the payment step
  • Every seat is locked and re-checked inside the payment transaction — a seat cannot be sold twice
  • Build a chart once per room; each event gets its own copy, so editing the chart never disturbs an event on sale
  • Block a broken seat, hand-seat a comp or a walk-up, release a seat — all from a live map of who's sitting where

Timed entry

Timeslots and groups for tours, haunts and escape rooms.

Capacity is enforced per slot and per group under a database lock, so a slot can't be overfilled by two checkouts at once.

  • Set groups per slot, people per group and slot length; generate the schedule for any date range
  • Parties are kept whole and packed into numbered groups automatically — “9:40 PM · Group 3”
  • A door roster, shareable by link with no login, lets staff call groups and check people in from a phone
  • Arrival instructions go out with every confirmation

Private events

Password-gated and unlisted, without a second website.

Member nights, staff parties, and pre-sales all live on the same calendar as your public programming, visible only to who should see them.

  • A private event asks for a password before it shows anything; the unlock is remembered on that device
  • Unlisted events stay off the public calendar, the homepage and the weekly digest but work from a direct link
  • Guests can ask to be notified about an event that isn't on sale yet; announce it to them in one click
  • External ticketing? Point the event at your other box office and keep it on the calendar

At the door

Check-in, bag check and door sales from a phone.

Online, comp and door sales are one kind of ticket, so the roster, the seat map and the sales report never disagree about how many people are in the room.

  • Scan the QR ticket or type the reference — the screen shows the guest's name, ticket count and seats in a size you can read across a table
  • Staff enter their name once; every check-in and bag is attributed to them
  • Attach a bag-check number at the door and mark it picked up later
  • Ring up a door sale on a paired Square Terminal; it becomes a normal ticket with the door price and lands in the same attendee list
  • Issue comps by email; they get the same QR ticket and wallet pass
  • Message every attendee about a change, or export the list

The money

Financials that survive a co-producer.

Cancelling a ticket voids it; refunding moves money. They're separate actions, and the order stays refundable until the money is actually back — because the two are easy to confuse at midnight.

  • Log expenses by type, record who paid each one, and see profit per event
  • Co-producers with agreed splits; settlement payments between producers net down to what's still owed
  • Sales report by tier, channel and tender — online, comp, door
  • Optional platform fee, itemised tax on every ticket, refunds full or partial straight back through Square or Stripe
  • Discount codes scoped to tickets, rooms or both

For the guest

Tickets that live in the wallet.

The same checkout runs on your website and inside the embeddable widget, so the experience is identical wherever the guest found you.

  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes with the QR code, seats and reference
  • Confirmation, reminder and post-event emails on your schedule, in your branding
  • A guest account that shows every ticket and stay, with passkey login
  • Ticket appearance — logo, colours, wording — set per property
