Locks, wristbands & lockers
The booking is the key.
Every door, gate and locker on the property is one inventory of smart locks. A room booking programs a code onto the room door for exactly the stay. A ticket with a locker programs the locker. A wristband is a permission across any mix of gates, lockers and rooms. Nobody hands out keys, and nothing is left programmed when it should be gone.
Room doors
Check in, and the door knows your phone number.
If the lock is offline at check-in, the code is queued and pushed the moment it comes back. The Update-this-lock button programs everything a single lock should have but doesn't.
- Check-in programs a 4-digit keypad code onto the room's smart lock — by default the last four digits of the guest's phone, so there's nothing to remember
- The code is valid only for the stay window, in the property's own timezone
- The same code opens the house gates; switch it on and it opens the coat-check lockers too
- Codes are swept off the locks after checkout; a diagnostic shows exactly what's on every lock
- Works with TTLock-compatible locks over a gateway — no wiring, no proprietary hub
Wristbands
One band. Any mix of gates, lockers and rooms.
Band programming is fanned out lock by lock and recorded as grants, which is what makes "which locks still need this band" a question with an answer rather than a walk around the building.
- RFID wristbands programmed onto locks: a band can open all gates, all coat-check lockers, a set of rooms, or any combination
- Master bands open every lock the property owns and are pushed to all of them at once
- Colour-coded wristband sets — Pink, Black, whatever you use — with CSV import for hundreds of bands and one-shot wipe for a bad batch
- Each band is tracked per lock, so you can see which locks have it and which still need it
- A coat-check locker's own band is the guest's locker key for the night
Staff & gates
Named keypad codes and gates that open themselves.
The property's locks are mirrored from your lock account, so gates, room doors and padlocks are all just rows on one Lock Setup page.
- Permanent named codes for staff — “Cleaning”, “Night manager” — with the same flexible scope as wristbands
- A single master keypad code across every lock
- Passage mode per gate: a daily schedule (open 8am–10pm) or a manual hold-open until you switch it off, scheduled arming included
- Every code and band is revocable from the dashboard; the change reaches the locks, not just the database
- Lock battery and gateway status synced on a schedule, with a full access log
Coat check
A locker board for the night.
The board is the same data the check-in scanner and the sales report see, so a locker sold online is already on it when the doors open.
- Every locker on a board: free, assigned, whose it is, which band or code opens it
- Assign a locker to a ticket at the door; the guest's band or a code is programmed on the spot
- Default codes per locker as a fallback if a personal code can't be programmed
- An audit finds any order that bought a locker without getting one, and any locker double-assigned to overlapping rentals
- Lockers excluded from an event's revenue split when a co-producer shouldn't share them
Locker rentals
Sell a locker like a ticket — or from a sign on the wall.
This is revenue from a wall of padlocks with no staff involved: the QR code sells it, the platform programs it, the email delivers it.
- Locker-rental events: the ticket is the locker. Options like “Saturday only” or “Weekend” each carry the window their code works for
- Walk-up rentals: a permanent QR code at the locker wall sells “12 hours from right now”, any night of the year, with no event to set up
- Lockers as an add-on to a normal event ticket, programmed for two hours before doors to four hours after
- One phone number per locker — its last four digits are the code — with the locker number, code and directions emailed automatically
- Expired rentals are released and their codes removed on a schedule; renters get a notice about the doors when the house opens gates for them
