Website & guests

Your own domain, your own pages. No WordPress required.

Point your domain at FIP Booking and you have a complete website: a homepage built from sections, as many custom pages as you want, a blog, galleries, exhibits, the neighbourhood directory — and the booking flow and ticket checkout are pages of that same site, not a widget iframed onto someone else's template. There is nothing to install, host, update or secure. If you already have a site you love, there's a widget and a WordPress plugin; if you don't, you don't need one.

The site

Your domain, your pages, your look — with nothing to maintain.

Because the site and the engine are one application, every room page has a live availability calendar and every event page has a live ticket count — no plugin to keep in sync, no WordPress install to babysit.

  • Your own custom domain (yourhotel.com), or a subdomain out of the box
  • Unlimited custom pages, each assembled from sections you arrange and style — the same builder as the homepage
  • Three themes — Haven, Loft, Garden — with a colour override, custom fonts (upload your own), navigation and footer styling
  • A homepage assembled from sections: hero, about, rooms, events, gallery, blog, contact
  • A blog with tags and scheduling, and a contact form with spam filtering
  • SEO metadata on every page; mobile-first; dark mode follows the visitor's setting
  • No WordPress, no hosting, no plugins to update, no security patches — it's part of the platform

Content that sells the place

Galleries, exhibits and the neighbourhood.

A hotel with a rotating exhibit and a venue with a house photographer both get first-class pages for it, without a separate CMS.

  • Photo galleries, attachable to an event or a photographer, with automatic optimisation (HEIC included)
  • Art exhibits: artists and artworks with images, dimensions and piece counts — artists can be invited by link to manage their own
  • A local-business directory by category — the bar next door, the bakery, the tattoo shop — each with an invite link so they keep their own page current
  • Blog posts with tags and published-at scheduling

Already have a site?

Keep it and embed the engine — or retire it.

The widget posts its height to the parent page on every step, so it never shows a scrollbar inside a scrollbar.

  • An embeddable booking and ticketing widget keyed to your domain — it refuses to load anywhere else
  • Theme tokens passed in the embed so it matches the host page
  • A WordPress plugin that is a thin wrapper — no booking logic lives in WordPress
  • Same views serve the site and the embed, so a fix in one is a fix in both

The guest

Modern, and it stays out of the way.

Automated sequences are per property: pre-arrival at N days, a check-in reminder, an event reminder, post-stay and post-event thank-yous — each on or off, each with your wording.

  • Passkeys: guests and hosts sign in with Face ID or Touch ID; no password, nothing to phish
  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes for tickets, with seats and reference
  • A guest account listing every stay and ticket, with extend-stay and cancellation requests
  • Installable as an app on a phone; works offline for the parts that can
  • Every email — confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, locker codes — from your property's name and address

The team

Everyone gets exactly what they need.

Multiple properties under one login, with a primary property pinned, so a group operator sees all of them without juggling accounts.

  • Team members with per-area permissions: bookings, tickets, events, lockers, website, settings…
  • Owners keep payment-gateway and billing settings to themselves
  • Per-person notification preferences for bookings and ticket sales
  • Referral partners with their own login, tracked commissions on room revenue, and statements
  • Platform invoicing with payment instructions; monthly statements and a tax report
